The Role & Impact
You'll lead accounting and reporting as the organisation grows — improving financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls so that reporting stays efficient, accurate, and timely. You'll partner with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects, making sure the financial implications of new business initiatives are captured and accounted for properly.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, building its capabilities in a continuously changing environment
- Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and internal controls to support efficient, accurate, and timely reporting as the organisation grows
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and teams like HR and Tech on cross-functional initiatives
- Ensure the financial implications of new business initiatives are identified and appropriately accounted for
- Combine hands-on execution with broader conceptual thinking to continuously improve finance processes and ways of working
- Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and drive innovation
What You'll Bring
- An academic degree in accounting and an RA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
- At least 8 years in financial control and accounting within an international company and/or a Big Four firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application to accounting and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams in a changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A hands-on, flexible working style — moving between pragmatic execution and conceptual thinking across multiple priorities
