Production Coordinator, Media Operations — Airbnb Scaled Ops (Gurgaon)

The Team

Airbnb's Scaled Ops Department is a specialized group spanning design, photography, and video — the people who maintain and promote the visual identity of the brand across millions of listings. The Production Coordinator is an integral part of this machine, elevating the quality of Airbnb Homes, Experiences & Services through high-quality photo merchandising.

What You'll Own

• Deliver assignment feedback to photographers based on editor's notes
• Track appearance releases and keep them filed correctly
• Recruit photographers in high-priority markets where photoshoot demand can't be met
• Negotiate travel compensation so photographers take assignments beyond their market
• Review host feedback from email and NPS forms — and make sure every assignment gets action
• Mine photographer and host feedback for themes that feed back into training and prep materials
• Manage the waitlist queue for unaccepted assignments and monitor declined assignments
• Support higher-end shoots by the Creative team and provide supervisory support to the CS team

Your Expertise

• 6+ years in creative production: product, film, or photography
• Familiarity with the freelancer community and their experiences
• Solution-focused with strong prioritization and time management; Salesforce/Airtable a plus
• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with ambiguous conditions
• Passion for art, photography, film, design, and produced media
• Experience with global productions, filming permits, and release acquisition is a plus

Pay & Perks

India annual pay range: ₹1,050,000–₹1,500,000 INR, plus bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
